Dr. Nishaki Mehta, MD

A Harvard-trained physician (specialized in cardiology) , has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of healthier food choices on patients' health. Through her experience as a proceduralist, she has observed that medications and surgeries yield better results when paired with patient-empowered, healthier choices. Additionally, Dr. Mehta recognizes the profound influence of faith and community on mental health. This platform integrates these insights to enhance overall well-being.

A doctor of alternative medicine, is a partner in the international initiative Longeva, which focuses on improving longevity and quality of life. Her work centers on the gut microbiome and the significant role lifestyle changes play in its modulation. Together, their combined expertise and commitment form the foundation of our mission to provide comprehensive resources for healthier living.

A MBA and Engg, had been a life long management consultant and vegetarian. Being vegetarian, have witnessed the lack of knowledge and lack of Infrastructure to support vegetarian diet for all. As they say, a fifth to a third of climate change problem would be solved if everyone simply turned vegetarian
